Recently, I had the privilege of attending the most rewarding professional development of my educational career. Katrice, Val, and Brittany designed interactive sessions about how racial identities impact education and what we can be doing to dismantle racist systems. Because of them, I came out of their course not only confident in my own antiracist principles, but ready to inspire change among my colleagues as well.
